1. Sales are made on first come first serve basis. Please drop us an e-mail to inform us that you're interested.

2. Buyer to buy at own risk, although we make sure all items are excellent condition upon posting.

3. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.

4. Accessories are not sold together with the garments, unless stated.

5. STRICLY no back outs. Serious buyers ONLY.

6. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 2 days. Once that time is up, the item is available to the next interested buyer.

7. Payment to be made within 3 days after confirmation via MAYBANK account.

8. No refunds once the payment has been made, sorry.

9. Advanced payment will be needed for restocking. should we fail to restock the item(s) for you, refund will be given.

10. We do international shipping. Please email us for shipping rates. Bank/wire transfer and Western Union ONLY

11. Price are fixed & non-negotiable.

12. Please take note that goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
